The associate degree program in hotel, restaurant, and institutional management is designed for employees in commercial food service or other hospitality positions who want to increase their management skills and prepare for leadership positions in the hospitality industry.The partnership with Penn State Online permits students to take their general education course requirements at a campus location and the general core curriculum through Penn State Online in a series of blended delivery instructional modes.
